If player one makes a play about a man who drowns his boss in a pool at a company picnic because he threatened to fire him for any number of reasons. Player one uses his card 'boss'. Now, lucky you, you have the opportunity to interrupt with either your card 'water' or 'murder'. It is your call, you have to take into account which card is going to be easier for you to use at a later date, and which card is going to be easier to explain as a plausible interruption. My call is 'water' - since a pool is mentioned, you can bet that water is involved.
The barkeep now has to say whether your interruption is accepted.
If it is your card is burned and it becomes your turn. Congratulations.
If it is denied, your card is burned and you receive a card to replace it, and a card in penalty. Bummer.
